How It Works
Using the client's phone, employees check in and check out via a toll-free number provided by TeleTimecard. Employees can enter
mileage, miscellaneous expenses, and service or activity codes for your company.
Initial Setup:
- Company enters employee and client information into TeleTimecard system.
Beginning of Shift:
- Employee accesses TeleTimecard via 800-Number from client location.
- Employee enters special PIN number to begin shift.

End of Shift:
- Employee accesses TeleTimecard via 800-Number from client location.
- Employee enters special PIN number to end shift.
- TeleTimecard calculates the total hours worked during shift.
- Employee enters special hours, if required.
- Employee enters service or activity codes, if required.
- Employee enters client mileage and expenses, if required.
- Employee listens to broadcast message from company.
Timecard Reports:
- Company accesses TeleTimecard to view timecard reporting in real-time.
- Company utilizes report for billing and payroll.
